Living Waters

Take refuge in community to revitalize, recharge, and reclaim YOU.

Embrace community like never before.

Kundalini Yoga teaches us how to navigate our inner and outer waters, how to overcome self imposed boundaries, and how remember how to fully step into the dewy realm of bliss. We plan our whole lives, yet we don’t know what the next moment holds. Are we ready to greet the great mystery with a sense of curiosity and an open heart in the Living Waters?

Sometimes all we need is a reminder of how truly worthy and beautiful we are, and trust me, you are.

Living Waters are a continuous, renewing force in spirituality.

Streams, rivers, and oceans each show us different aspects of this divine flow: the stream as the spark of awakening, the river as our transformative journey, and the ocean as the infinite source. Together, they remind us of our connection to the divine, the importance of inner growth, and the freedom to embrace life’s flow as part of the sacred journey.

Streams

The Initial Spark of Faith and Spiritual Awakening

Streams capture the beginning of a relationship with something deeper in life. A first encounter or awakening to a more resonate truth.

Streams evoke purity, humility, and the beginning of a more meaningful life. Streams are small yet full of life, like the spark of faith that begins our journey toward a deeper understanding of who we are and what we are doing here.

In moments of struggle or questioning, streams of living water bring renewal, just as hope, forgiveness, and faith bring a fresh start.

The living waters as streams represent the refreshment and clarity we experience when we open our hearts to God’s love, encouraging us to grow in faith and trust, just as all streams reach the river, and all rivers reach the ocean.

Rivers

The Flow of Spiritual Transformation and Renewal

Rivers represent the continuous journey of spiritual growth and renewal, paralleling how God’s living waters work within us. Rivers embody the Holy Spirit and the transformative power that God’s presence brings to our lives. Just as rivers move, cleanse, and transform everything they touch, eventually merging with all in the great infinity of the Ocean, so to do does our practice continuously sustain, empower, give life to us, and ultimately merge us into the great ocean of oneness.

“Flow. Let the river flow, it shall join the ocean. If you are sucked by your commotions and motions you will be dead. Your motion must flow. Motion? Must flow. Let life flow. Let it go, keep going. God goes with you. Walk on earth but trust on heavens”

Oceans

The Boundless Love and Grace of God

I want you to be very deep. I believe until you do not reach your depth, you cannot reach your height, period.”

In John 4:14, Jesus says, “Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst.” This boundless, ever-present love is like the ocean—limitless, powerful, and always available. Just as all water ultimately connects to the ocean, we, too, are all connected through God’s divine love. Oceans encompass God’s grace, endless and effortless , offering a profound sense of peace and belonging.

“Ultimate freedom is allowing the self to dissolve into the waves of the ocean. It is the freedom that is born through one’s absolute trust in life.”
